One of ArtYah's biggest benefits is the excellent customer service that they provide for the SELLERS! The owner is literally a phone call away. Email support is awesome also. Emails are answered in less than 24 hours on a BAD DAY. Most are actually responded to within 1-2 hours or LESS!
Right now the forums are literally making the statement that this is the site they have been waiting for since "Testy's" slide down the online slope.
Yes, there are still a few minor quirks that are getting worked out, but that is part of growth. The nice thing is that there is actually transparency of site improvements and/or glitches. And if a seller has an idea or question of improvements, they can say that they have been heard. This kind of online experience makes the sellers feel like they are part of building - and in my honest opinion, they are.
Many sellers have stated that they are starting to feel creative again. They know it will be slow going to build the site to the level of "Testy". But at least now, they have hope again.
